The Charge-M8 team has just returned from a short break, and we've been looking forward to this moment for a while.
One Year On
Where It Started
One year ago, we started rethinking what sits underneath an EV charger. The result was EV Kube, a modular alternative to traditional wet-pour or heavy pre-cast concrete foundations. It removed the need for concrete mixing, curing time, and heavy lifting, and gave installers a faster, cleaner way to get chargers into the ground.
The Bigger Picture
Why It Still Matters
The UK government is targeting a minimum of 300,000 public chargepoints by 2030 under its Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Strategy. As deployment accelerates across the country, the question isn't only how many chargers get installed. It's how EV charging infrastructure is designed in the first place. That's the question we keep coming back to, and it's why we're not done innovating.
